The privacy of your personal information is important to us. We ensure that we will never disclose your personal information to anyone, for any reason. At no time Daisey’s Doggie Chic ever share, sell, or provide either of our email lists to other companies or individuals. 

The checkout and account areas of Daisey’s Doggie Chic are secured using SSL technology. This technology is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.


Payment Information & Tax 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until your items have been shipped. When paying with PayPal, your account is automatically debited as soon as your order has been placed. Taxes, if applicable, will be added to Massachusetts Residents only.

Shipping & Handling Costs: 

We use real-time shipping rates. The cost depends on the weight of the item(s) and your location. Your shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you enter in your payment information. You can estimate your shipping cost by adding desired items into your Shopping Bag and clicking the estimate shipping link. If you have a discount code please enter it at checkout time.


Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED FOR ALL COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME. What is your standard method of shipping?

Our standard methods of shipping are USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and and Fedex Ground. Overnight and Expedited shipping are also available.

Shipping to other countries or overseas?

Currently we ship internationally to Canada only. We may ship to countries that USPS, UPS, and Fedex service to. (A list of other countries may be posted at any given time. Please check back,or contact us for information regarding your country's shipping policies.)

Shipping Methods & Locations: 

Standard shipping is through USPS Priority Mail®  or UPS Ground or FedEx Ground®  and can be shipped anywhere in the United States. We also offer quicker shipping methods though FedEx; FedEx Standard Overnight® (Overnight: Delivery by 3:00 pm), FedEx 2-Day® (2 Business Days: Delivery by 4:30 pm) & FedEx Express Saver® (3 Business Days: Delivery by 4:30 pm).  International Orders are shipped through UPS. Please check our Outbound shipping map (see below) to make sure that the expedited shipping method is necessary for your location.

Please note: Your order may contain Special Order Items. Special Order items can take additional time to leave our warehouse (even if you chose an expedited shipping method). Special Orders/Back Orders usually ship within 10-14 business days. Please contact us for more information on delivery time for your order.


What is your delivery time? When will I receive my order?
Shipping Time: 

Shipping times vary depending on item availability. In stock items ship within 1-2 business days. If an item is not in our warehouse, a estimated shipping time is noted on the item page and in notifications sent after checkout (The estimated shipping time noted does not include transit time. Please see below).
 
Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time once your item has left our warehouse.


Please note: Your order may contain Special Order Items. Special Order items can take additional time to leave our warehouse (even if you chose an expedited shipping method). Please contact us for more information on delivery time for your order.

  


 

Special Order Items and Official Licensed Sports Items 

Many of our items come in numerous sizes, colors, and styles. Because of this, we do not keep every single variation in stock at all times. All official licensed NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL NCAA game wear and game gear for pets are non-stocking items and are special order items, as such these may take up to 14 business days or more to ship depending on manufacturer availability. Return approval is required to be obtained within 7 days of order receipt for returns of official licensed NFL, MLB, NBA,NHL or NCAA Game Wear and Game Gear. Any official licensed NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL or NCAA item(s) approved for returns are assessed a minimum of 35% to 50% restock fee plus shipping and handling costs, and is based on the resale quality and physical condition of item(s) that are returned. Approved official licensed sport items being returned must be returned in its originally sellable brand new condition, mfg. attached tags, mfg. sealed, unused, unworn, free from foreign material or odors or stains,i.e., in same condition as shipped, only, no exceptions. Items found to be in unsellable, unsatisfactory condition will not be issued refunds nor receive store credit, and may be returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Other fees may apply in accordance to return policies. (See Returns)  

We do try to consolidate items ordered and ship all items together, when possible   If we do not have it in stock, an automated message will be sent to you with notification of special ordered item(s). Depending on reasonable restock dates, the order will wait to ship until all items are available.  The majority of our special order items can take 3-6 business days to process plus additional shipping time to arrive in our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. However, if the entire order cannot be shipped together due to extended wait time of restock or special ordered items, or direct ship items, Only the items on hand will ship.  The remainder of the order will follow asap. Estimated delivery times can vary and may take up to 14 business days, excludes Holidays and weekends, as listed on each of the item pages to arrive to you after the order placement.

If you need something by a certain date and there is an item that is special order, please contact us at info@daiseysdoggiechic.com to find out when it will be available for delivery. We will ship your order within 1 business day of our receipt of the special order item. 

 
If you choose an expedited shipping method on an order that contains special order item(s), the shipping method does not apply until after we receive your item in.


Sizing and Fit:

Please understand that we offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. Pets come in a variety of sizes and shapes, and as such no two are alike.

We suggest that you measure your pet carefully, when making your selection, according to your dog's actual measurements rather than size or pet weight or by pet breed.

What is your return policy? 

Return/Exchange Policy 

We want to make sure that your dog absolutely loves his or her shopping experience at Daisey’s Doggie Chic  which is why we gladly accept a one-time merchandise exchange on returned orders within 7 days of receipt of your order under the following guidelines: 

Our products are first rate, never, used, and as such we uphold to a high standard of product quality control. We value our staff and petamily members, and want to ensure that a high quality, safe,healthy environment is enjoyed by all. All returns are thoroughly inspected by trained customer service personnel to ensure that the highest quality of our products is maintained. If any return falls short of expectations, no refund will be honored. A one-time exchange swap or merchandise credit will be honored (excludes NFL, MLB, NCAA,NHL,NBA items) Exchange items will be shipped back to you at no additional shipping cost to you (excludes NFL, MLB, NCAA,NHL,NBA items).  Any order (excludes NFL, MLB, NCAA,NHL,NBA items see above reference on Special Orders and Official Licensed Sports items) being returned without an exchange will be assessed a restock fee based on the condition the returned item is in. Original shipping costs will also be deducted from the purchase price on non-exchange returns. Please adhere to all policy prior to requesting a return authorization.

All approved returns/exchanges must be completed within 7 days of receiving the order. Item must be in original packaging with its manufacturer's tags attached. Item MUST be unused and in its original sellable condition as was shipped to you, (a restocking fee of 50% to 100% may be applied if item is not in its original condition)

Return Instructions & Policies: 

Packaging, purchase receipts or invoices, attached mfg. tags, and small parts or accessories originally shipped with the item must accompany all returns to qualify for refund or portion thereof.  We accept returns within 21-days of order date only. Returns postmarked after 21 days of order date will be returned to the buyer. As reputable sellers we follow strict Health & Sanitation Laws, and as such, any returned item should be in its original state complete with attached mfg. tags, as it was shipped, and devoid of any foreign material, pet hair, fur, stains, tears odors, scratches, punctures, teeth marks, pulls etc.  Restock fee range from 25% to 50% and will be deducted from the returned item plus applicable seller's shipping costs. Costumes returned after the Holiday (ie., Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras,Easter, 4th of July) are assessed 50% restocking fee. Damaged goods returned assess a deduction of 100% purchase price as a restock fee.  Any foreign material or damage (i.e. pet fur, hair, stains, odors, scratches, teeth marks, punctures, etc.)  found to be on the returned item will result in a 50%-100% restock fee deduction depending on condition of item being returned.  NFL & MLB are special order items and are assessed at a base rate of 40% restock fee, if item is returned in its original condition. Applicable restock fees will apply if the NFL or MLB item is not returned in its original condition.  Item(s) returned after the thresh hold of 21 days of order placement, will not be eligible for any portion of refund.  Item(s) returned not in its original state, will not be eligible for any portion of refund. Please reference Special Order Official Licensed Sports Items for returns approvals. The following items are Non-returnable/Non-refundable: dog beds, crates, padding, blankets, carriers, bags, strollers, play pens, tents, pillows, grooming supplies, food, edibles, toys, sanitary supplies, cleaning supplies, flea medications & heartworm medication, vitamins, eyewear, leashes & collars.

 

Applicable refunds are issued back to buyer's original form of payment, unless a store credit is requested.

 

We recommend that the package be insured, in case of loss (buyer’s cost of return shipping and insurance is non-refundable).

 

Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, by contacting our customer service dept. via email info@daiseysdoggiechic.com

Appropriate return/exchange and/or original order form(s) must be included with item being returned for proper transaction. Return shipping and packaging costs and/or shipment insurance obtained by consumer on/for returns are not reimbursed nor refundable, and are solely the responsibility of the consumer.


If original order was charged shipping, you will receive complimentary shipping on the new item back to you for your first exchange (within the continental US only). If there is a price difference with your exchange, any exceeding amount will be charged to your credit card on file and any remaining amount will be sent to you as a store credit. If you are making an exchange, you may opt to reorder by placing a new order through our web site. If you place a new order, please add a note to the order stating that it is a reorder/exchange otherwise your returned item will be treated as a return and you will not be eligible for exchange free shipping and restock fees will apply. After your first exchange, each exchange thereafter will incur a shipping and additional restock fee charges.

You may also choose to receive store credit. If you choose this option, you will receive a credit code via email for the purchase price less shipping costs of the item being returned.

Return requests for a refund to original form of payment, in lieu of store credit, will be assessed a minimum of 25%-50% restocking fee (depending on resale condition of item, other fees may apply see exceptions and refer to return/exchange resellable conditions), plus sellers shipping costs if shipment was "free". Buyer's Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow one to two billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement. 
 

Return/Exchange Exceptions

Orders older than 21 days of order date are not eligible for exchange or return.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

pet beds, crates, crate pads or liners, pet carriers, pet totes, snuggles, blankets, pillows, pet slings, strollers, bowls, toys, grooming tools, hygiene or bathing products,Food, vitamin supplements, and edible or perishable items, grooming supplies,flea or heartworm medications, play pens and tents, gates,room dividers,ramps,car seats and attachments,toys, sanitary supplies,cleaning supplies,eyewear, custom or retractable leashes and protection or training collars and gear.
 
We cannot issue refunds or returns on Sale or Clearance Items. 
 
Footwear cannot have been worn outside.
 
We cannot issue refunds on orders which have items that have already been exchanged. A store credit will be issued to any refund requests on second returns.
 
Promotional Free Shipping offers will incur a fee to cover the initial shipping charges when returning any order, which would then cause the order to no longer qualify for the promotional discount. Original shipping costs incurred by seller will be deducted from the returned merchandise, plus applicable restock fee.

For holiday dog clothing and accessories, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, a onetime size exchange is allowed, no refunds or store credit.

Select Items that are drop shipped or special ordered from the manufacturer.  Please contact us if you would like information on a particular drop ship or special ordered item. 

Personnalized items are non-returnable and do not qualify for refind or store credit. This includes:

Monograms, Embroidery, Engraving, Hand Painted, Free-Styled, Inked, Stenciled etc. 


Return/Exchange Instructions:

Please read our return policy and exceptions carefully before sending back your item(s).

Your return form will issued to you via email upon request for return authorization. Send your request for return to info@daiseysdoggiechic.com

Simply fill out the return authorization, include the packing slip that arrived with the original item(s), indicate whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange (if you have already placed a reorder please note this on your return form). If you would like to place an exchange order along with your returned merchandise, please write the quantity, item number, color, and size of the new item you would like. You may choose any shipping method to ship the items back to us. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Packing: Return unused, unwashed item(s) being in its original wrapping/packaging, all tags must be attached. Item(s) must be devoid of any pet fur and or dander,stains, odors, tears, rips, burns, chew marks, scratches, puncture marks or any other foreign matter of any kind. All items being returned will be inspected for quality purposes. Any item that defaults quality control will be assessed damages and may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Please ship unused items along with enclosed return form to the address provided on your return.

  

Order Information on Cancellations, Size Issues or Changes 

We strive to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process (the status will be displayed as "Pending Fulfillment"), you may cancel or revise your order by contact us. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos. If you are unsure of the fit of any of our items please contact us for assistance. One of our staff members will be available to assist you in your selection.
